Car Rental Terms and Conditions

An 24 hours Road Assistance available in a case of a problem.

In case of breakdown the car is replaced within the next few hours from the moment of the incidence.

Out of hours deliveries and collections are possible upon request with a local charge €20 each way.
All delayed flights will be met with the above charge applicable(free within office hours).

 • Minimum age : 21 years old and 25 years old for minivans and 4 wheel drive.
 • Maximum age: 70 years old
 • Drivers must have held a licencee for at least one year.
 • Under-Age Surcharge: Drivers 21/25 years must pay an surcharge of €5.87 plus tax per day.
 • Over-Age Surcharge : Drivers over 70 years must pay an surcharge of €5.87 plus tax per day.
 • Extra Driver : Two additional drivers are allowed one free of charge and the second one at a local charge.

 • Minimum rental period : one day.
 • Delay : after 1 hour grace period and up to three hours €15, 3 hours and over a full day charge will apply.

Third Party Insurance

Included in the selling rates.

Collision Damage Insurance (C.D.W.)

Included in the selling rates and covers accidental damage to the rental vehicle.

Personnal Accident Insurance (P.A.I.)

Covers the driver and the passengers of the rented car in a case of acccident with the following amounts
 • Death,Total or partially disability up to €17.608
 • Medical Expences up to €293.

Theft Protection

Covers the total value of the vehicle against theft.
 • Negligence regarding unsupervised vehicle or keys left in the ignition violate Theft Protection insurance.
 • Personal items stored in the car are not covered.

Zero Risk Insurance - Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.)

Reduce the C.D.W. insurance excess to null.

 Accident Administration Fee

In case of an accident due to the renter’s liability renter has the obligation to pay a non refundable fee
of €30.00 for administration expenses.

Insurance do not cover

Included into rental rates.

Available upon request,one baby seat or child seat free of charge,the next one with a local charge.

For rentals over 3 days period the car is delivered with full tank
The renter shall pay the cost of a full tank at the start of the rental at a price same as the local petrol station
and he shall return the car with empty tank. However fuel left in the tank is non refundable.
For other rentals if the tank is less of petrol the renter will charged with the cost of missing fuel plus an extra
refilling charge €18 plus tax.

Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are
at the renter's expense.

Only with the prior written authorization.

Always a valid credit card is required.
